I purchased two properties using Tyler Richardson. These properties needed to comply with the complicated 1031 Exchange Program. The first property hit a few snags while in escrow. Since Tyler was born and raised in Park City, he knew exactly who to contact to solve the problems. The escrow closed within the tight timeframe allowed by the Exchange Program.

Tyler’s assistance on the second property was in selecting the new property. He is very knowledgeable about the local market conditions and took the time to discuss the pros and cons of each property.
