Tyler Richardson

Tyler is a fifth generation Parkite who began his real estate career in 1995 with his former partner and real estate icon, Peggy Marty. For the past 27 years Tyler has been a market leader in luxury and family properties, ski in/ski out properties and investment and development properties. Peggy was an avid equestrian and the two also focused on ranch properties, large land parcels and water rights throughout the Summit and Wasatch Counties. Tyler is also a past President of the Park City Board of REALTORS. Tyler believes client service should be based on a foundation of honesty, integrity and community. This enables him to build strong and enduring relationships with his clients. In Tyler’s eyes all clients are treated equally regardless of the size of transaction. Tyler also plays an active and philanthropic role in the local community. He and his wife, Christy are both passionate about many of the local charities that are important cornerstones of the community, such as, the National Ability Center, the Egyptian Theater and Live PC/Give PC. When not selling real estate, Tyler can be found with his wife and their dogs on the local trails hiking, on the water boating, on the mountain skiing or enjoying a meal in the mountain town they all love.
