David is a one of a kind realtor & person. As an out-of-state seller, he handled everything for me so that the process was as easy as possible. He knew to hold off on two offers that came in 30% under ask and ended up getting me an offer for full ask! The photos and videos he put together and the way they were marketed was on a level I have never seen.
