Meet Tyler and David

Together, Tyler and David bring an unmatched breadth of experience and depth of knowledge to the Park City real estate market. Tyler Richardson is a fifth-generation Park City resident and former President of the Park City Board of REALTORS, with 27 years of Real Estate experience in the Park City Area. David Spinowitz has a background in finance with experience at global financial institutions formerly based out of New York. Lured by the community and mountains, David has now lived full-time in Park City for 14 years. They represent clients of all types, from first-time home buyers to second-home luxury properties, ranches, and investment and development properties. Tyler and David play an active and philanthropic role in the local community with many of the local charities that are important cornerstones of the Park City community including the National Ability Center, the Egyptian Theater, and Live PC/Give PC. When not discussing real estate or the needs of their clients they can be found on the local trails hiking or biking, on the water boating, on the mountain skiing, or enjoying a meal in the mountain town we all love.
